Rationale for tagging[edit]

Here's my rationale for all the tags I put on the article:

  • Article confusing/unclear: The article doesn't explain briefly what a nation is, nor does it give examples of current nations, if any.
  • Personal reflection/essay: Exactly as it says- the style doesn't seem to be encyclopedic.
  • Improve this article: Leads to the talk page, where I'm citing what's wrong, and where people hopefully will discuss improving it.
  • In need of attention from expert: Exactly that. We need a history of the student organizations in Scotland that's bigger than the one that we currently have, along with current nations, as well as significant events and such.
  • Rewriting introduction: The introduction should explain briefly what nations are, and then tie into the article.
  • Sources or references: The article is completely unsourced. We need sources, or this article could be considered unreliable.
  • Uncategorized: Exactly that. There has to be a relevant category or two out there.

Agree entirely; most of this content (some of which I contributed to) was just cut and pasted from the Nation (university) article to create this page without even the slightest alteration. It also has a ridiculous title. --Breadandcheese (talk) 11:41, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
In update, I have inserted it back into the main Nation (university) page. Might as well delete this one entirely. --Breadandcheese (talk) 11:46, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
