How about a little coverage of what the Act provides for, rather than just an explanation of why BC felt it necessary to go to court over it as a violation of federalism? Does it limit what in Canada can be marketed as "natural"? Is it a predecessor to acts limiting what can be presented in the marketplace as organic?
