Matt, your article on NPPE is great. I think you do a great job of sticking to the topic and not getting lost in the complex physiology. It is easy to understand, even if someone does not have the medical background. Your sources are reputable and overall you do a good job with explaining all the right causes and physiology of NPPE. I do think under the "physiology" section, it might be helpful to add in a figure detailing all the pressure differences in the airway to kind of tie everything together. You may want to consider reading the manual of style for medical articles and making some edits accordingly (e.g. decreasing the use of the word "patient" and revising information that is phrased in a manner resembling medical advice, such as the 'diagnosis' section)..
