PerpetualOwl -> Sorry I'm pretty new to wikipedia and don't know how to start a talk page. I'm somewhat related to NEIRAs and have decided that the page needs some editing. I just wanted to post what I plan to do to it below for reference. (just fix anything that doesn't follow guidelines sorry)

Write an intro with basic info on NEIRAs
History - likely there is stuff in the news somewhere
couple of tables of data on winners (available on NEIRAs website)
images (I can find some of the regatta in 2019 last time it was held)
