Proposed merge of List of New Flyer Xcelsior production model codes into New Flyer Xcelsior[edit]

Hi @GabrielBloom28:, This information is mostly promotional, and it doesn't warrant a full section. Right now, I removed the promotional fluff and put it as a subsection of the Xcelsior CHARGE page, which, until there are more orders and more pictures, is where it should stay.
