Is it a REAL atp title? Exhibition.[edit]

I think that it shouldn't be considered an official title and added among the official tally, but as an additional event. This is clearly an exhibition tournament. Rules are not standard, entry is highly restricted - not everyone has a chance to enter. I saw that Hopman cup is listed in exhibition tournaments list but follows more (all) tennis rules than this publicity stunt. For example if an exception is made for this thing than Hopman cup should be listed as a doubles title - more broad interpretation of doubles rules. This is just above junior grand slams. I would like this put up for a vote. 213.149.51.161 (talk) 03:33, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hopman Cup is not an exhibition, but this event is not considered an ATP tour event. This is actually more an exhibition. Fyunck(click) (talk) 05:38, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I corrected it to an exhibition, and fixed where Hopman Cup was listed as an exhibition event. Fyunck(click) (talk) 08:26, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I would definitely agree with "this event is not considered an ATP tour event. This is actually more an exhibition." But the reason why I posted on this talk page is because on the event's winner page it is listed under ATP career finals. So I wanted this clarified at the source. 213.149.51.252 (talk) 07:22, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it is sponsored by the ATP... even has ATP in the title. But it's an exhibition. Fyunck(click) (talk) 08:02, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Edited the Grand Slam winners and finalists tables[edit]

It is expected that more and more next gen players will appear in grand slam finals and possibly win grand slams in the coming years. The old tables could only handle 1 or 2 grand slams. So I went ahead and modified these tables to be more compatible with future events.

  • Separate columns for each grand slam (AU, FR, WB, US)
  • Cleaned up references to contain links only to the "Titles and Finals" section on each players atptour.com page

Thanks!
