The new Greek article, el:Νικόλαος Μαυρογένης, has some interesting information about Mavrogenes' early life, but it's unsourced. bogdan 22:42, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong Yusuf Pasha[edit]

I believe this article is linking to the wrong Yusuf Pasha. Cigalazade Yusuf Sinan Pasha died before Mavrogenes was even born, how could he help promote him to Prince of Wallachia?
