Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Alison111131 (talk) 12:22, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

That amazing singer have no page here and she got two albums she wrote, Composed and sang by herself so maybe i don't know exetly the year she was born but this is information about her.

I have declined the request for speedy deletion as the subject has been covered in a number of third-party media sources (The Scotsman, The Guardian, Daily Record, etc). However, as this is a biography of a living person, sources must added to the article as soon as possible otherwise it may still be liable to deletion. ~~ Bald Zebra ~~ talk 15:54, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I also agree the article should be deleted due to lack of importance and media coverage relative to other singers who have pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.88.244.58 (talk) 12:45, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Semi - protection[edit]

I'm asking for an administrator to put Nina Nesbitt's page on semi protection to prevent vandalism from IP users. Kalope (talk) 00:03, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dispute between two editors[edit]

Hi Kalope and 86.27.76.80. I see you are in disagreement. Please discuss things here rather than reverting a lot. Please tell each other what sourced edits you wish to make. Try to get agreement. Also, I am not seeing a lot of sources for the content you are adding. Sources help make content stick. Thank you. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 00:07, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

Anna Frodesiak (talk) Check the editing history and you'll see that the IP user is changing her birthdate and birthplace for no reason at all. Nina is 21, not 19. Born in Edinburgh, not Aberdeen. Kalope (talk) 00:19, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Kalope. True. The IP also incorrectly changes the birthplace and changes the birth year to something contrary to the source. Is there a good source on the exact birthdate? The source doesn't say. Anyhow, sorry about that. First edits of the day and not enough coffee. I'll keep an eye on the page and have a word with the IP at his talk. Misunderstandings?[edit]

In the last section it says Nina decribed her relationship with Sheeran as "love-hate" relationship and it links to an interview with her. However, in this interview she says first that she is fine with Sheeran, because it was a long time ago and she also wrote some songs about him. It is when she is asked about the name of her last album, Peroxide, when she says it is inspired by her being in a "love-hate" relationship, but she didn't say it was the one with Sheeran. She might have been in another relationship since they've broken up, and this might even not be about a romantic relationship, maybe it was a friendship or a relationship with a family member. I request this to be changed or removed from the article, as it is basically a sensational overinterpretation. Msciwoj (talk) 13:25 23 October 2017 (UTC)

Vandalism by the BBC[edit]

The BBC have admitted to vandalising the Nina Nesbitt article [1] for the purposes of comedy. How hilarious. --Jameboy (talk) 18:29, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This was the diff [2]. --Jameboy (talk) 20:44, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
