• I'm pretty sure that remix covers for clubs do not count as artwork.

Lyrically, Madonna rejects tabloid culture's "social disease", denouncing both TV and magazines. → Full stop after "nothing". Join the last bit about genres with the lyrics into one sentence. At the moment, this isn't making sense to me.
