Use of the word "Fuck[edit]

Reading the message Noh-Varr carves into New York city:

We've had an "Explative you", with the explative linking to the actual "naughty" word.

Then someone decided it was silly to edit the word itself.

Then someone decided it was necessary to delete this section. Perhaps they were offended?

Can we aggree that it's a funny part of the series, and that it should be included in the bio. Although it probably is silly to censor the word itself, it's probably best if we include the info. but couch it in a sort of "explative deleted" kind of way. This way, no one is offended.

Someone deleted the same section of bio. concerning Noh-Varr's attack on NYC. PLEASE, if you have an opinion on this section, write it here on the discussion page before making a deletion.

"Fuck" restored. Wikipedia is not censored. 72.73.195.56 02:08, 12 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Makes sense. Since this site is not censored, there should be no reason to remove the "Fuck." Good call. I change my position: I say leave the "Fuck." Bhissong 19:31, 16 June 2006 (UTC)bhissong[reply]

Present Tense[edit]

I went through the text and simply changed the tense from past to present in accordance with the wiki. character-article guidelines. Bhissong 22:53, 27 June 2006 (UTC)bhissong[reply]

Ultimate Marvel?[edit]

Well, it appears that Noh-Varr is in fact part of the 616 universe. So, should the "Ultimate Marvel?" sub-section of this article go, since it now seems irrelevent? Thoughts? Bhissong 18:56, 30 August 2006 (UTC)bhissong[reply]

Should the line, "The ship is drawn toward a universe similar to the Marvel Universe (Earth-616) and shot down by the forces of Dr. Midas" also be changed since Noh_Varr is indeed in 616 now? 04 July 2008

sadly "616 universe" is almost collapsed in "bendisverse", which not have much intrest about managing continuity ...88.149.244.218 (talk) 16:57, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:MarvelBoy1-2000.jpg[edit]

Image:MarvelBoy1-2000.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Err...[edit]

It says that he uses the White Run in Young Avengers/Runaways as if that were the first time he's used it. He used it in his original Marvel Knights mini when he was being chased by Dr. Midas's daughter Exterminatrix.

There's also another error I saw toward the beginning of the article that says that Noh-Varr declared war as he was being transferred to the Cube which is false. He declares war as soon as he escapes Dr. Midas in the first issue. When he's being transferred to the Cube he declares that the Cube is now the new capital of the Kree Empire. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.55.204.245 (talk) 18:34, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
