Don't delete![edit]

I will be adding to this article over the next few days and only added the basics to get the article started. When finished, this article will be a fully fledged encyclopedic entry on the particular model of phone. It is not blatant advertising. I wish to include sources, general information regarding the popularity and impact of the phone worldwide and note its cultural impact. It is hoped that many others shall contribute to this article. As such, I discourage its deletion. c-bro 20:05, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality[edit]

I added the POV template because this piece reads like an advert. I owned an 8310 and, to be brutal, it was a pretty tacky piece of cheap plastic tat, lagging way behind what Sony Ericsson were doing at the time. I do not believe that the phone had any cultural impact whatsoever, and I'm eager to learn why the above contributor thinks that it did. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.125.172.197 (talk) 22:15, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I liked mine. Small and survived a lot of punishment Parasite (talk) 06:08, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I loved mine too. Bought it new and it was often found with my 3yo as a toy. It has now served many years of trouble free usage. The phone I had prior, also Nokia, died in less than 1 year. Sent back and was told "water damage - sorry" which couldnt be fact - I dont like water!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.2.41.115 (talk) 14:33, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have removed the POV template since the article has been toned down considerably since July 2008. Jll (talk) 15:02, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
