Successor[edit]

@Wind-waves: I have provided reliable sources designating the 630 and 635 as the successor to the 625. Kindly stop removing the sources and associated content. If you think the 1320 is the successor and can provide reliable sources backing it up, then we can list both. Indrek (talk) 06:22, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry that I can't provide English sites as references but Chinese sites, and I think it's not suitable to list both of them, so we can talk about this after Lumia ICON.Wind-waves (talk) 06:33, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
While English language sources are preferred, non-English sources are also acceptable. However, per WP:NONENG, please provide a quotation from the sources you've listed, along with an English translation, that backs up the content you've added. Indrek (talk) 06:38, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
"不过根据The Verge的消息泄露,Batman(Lumia 1320)是一款中低端设备,产品的定位会类似于Lumia 625。"——"According to the information from The Verge, Lumia 1320 is a medium-low end device, which like the Lumia 625"[1] “像大号版Lumia625 外媒体验Lumia1320”——"larger Lumia 625, experience of Lumia 625"
They did not give any obvious word like "继任者"(successor) but they give it obscurely. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wind-waves (talkcontribs) 07:16, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No offence, but I find it astonishing that you cannot accept the sources I've provided that assert a strong relation between the Icon and 1520, yet you have no problem with making the leap from "like" to "successor" in your own sources.
Assuming the sources you've provided qualify as reliable (which I've no way of ascertaining myself), at best they would support listing the 1320 as a related device, but definitely not a successor. Indrek (talk) 09:44, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
That is not the problems on resources, that the issue of the definition of the successor and related device. Wind-waves (talk) 13:17, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, that is a problem of sources. If you want to say in a Wikipedia article that the successor of the Lumia 625 is the 1320, then you need a reliable source that supports that claim. To take sources that say the two devices are related and conclude from them that one is the other's successor is original research, which is not allowed on Wikipedia.
