Non-commissioned vs. Noncommissioned[edit]

This topic is about a specific ribbon, not a generic ribbon. It seems appropriate that since it is a US award, the US spelling of the specific ribbon is appropriate. 184.6.178.177 (talk) 01:18, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
