- Not when it's not someone's common name, it isn't. If he's not commonly known as José Manuel Díaz Novoa then we shouldn't use that as the article title. This is clearly stated at WP:COMMONNAME and emphasised at WP:MIDDLE. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:34, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
