confusing?[edit]

Size reduced?[edit]

Not really that good for you??[edit]

Since these are made with high fructose corn syrup, are low in fiber, and high in sugar, they certianly would not be a great part of somoene who is on a diet... any thoughts?

--- Agreed, Kellogs says 77% Carbs, 18% Fats, only 5% protein, and only 2grams of fiber per bar. But with 130 calories, as many as a soda. It has a 2/5 star "weight loss" rating, but a 3.5/5 star "weight gain" rating.

Former UK cereal[edit]

Once upon a time, Kellogg's made a cereal by the name Nutri-Grain that was sold in the UK. IIRC it was basically flakes with various ingredients mixed in, and there were a few varieties of it. The Australian cereal doesn't look like anything I can recall. Can anyone out there remember enough about it to write something about it here? -- Smjg 19:14, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Former US cereal[edit]

I remember a Nutri-Grain cereal that Kellogg's sold in the US in the 1970s. It came in several flavors, and its big selling point was that it had no added sugar. I'll try to find some information about it. Jerry warriner 20:01, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It ran until the mid-90s, if I remember correctly. Came in wheat flakes, almond raisin flakes, and a shredded wheat style brick. Surprised that the article doesn’t mention this. 73.25.226.14 (talk) 04:43, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
