Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it's part of the history of Johannesburg and one of the oldest retail shops in South Africa, being the oldest it forms part of the heritage of South Africa. I have looked and compared this stub to other retail Wikipedia pages, I don't see how this page seeks to promote anything other than talking about the history of the retail in an educational and encyclopedic way.
