Language for multi-language reference[edit]

@Yoninah, Gerda Arendt, and LouisAlain: Questioning the deletion of "fr" because there is an English summary at the end. I assume that the English in the article is based on the French and not the summary. Is there a stated policy for this? I am in favor of restoring "fr". For me, a language in a ref is a warning that the ref is only in that language, and that if I don't understand that language I may simple look at pictures. Nothing worth a fight. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:06, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Agree with Gerda. At first I just glanced at the source because it said it was in French. Then I accidentally scrolled down and found the English translation. So I removed the "fr" from the reference. Yoninah (talk) 11:20, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Fortunately we can cite both. Jmar67 (talk) 21:27, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
