Other (non-impurity) examples of off-centering[edit]

The 2nd-order Jahn-Teller effect also produces off-centering, as does the lone pair effect in for instance Pb-containing compounds. The article as written suggests off-centering only occurs when there is an impurity ion with a size difference compared with the ion it has substituted for. I think the article should be rewritten.
