Non-commercial citations are hard to find[edit]

Searching the web for off line regulators turns up plenty of component manufacturers producing devices like these. But finding non-commercial descriptions is difficult for some reason, probably because it's an obscure and fairly recent development.

For now we will probably have to settle for IC part cites until better cites can be found.
