Name issue[edit]

This article is actually about Olympiacos B.C. men's team which was relegated from Greek Basket League on 22 May 2019, following the decisions of the meeting of the Hellenic Basketball Clubs Association's Board of Directors. Despite that facts that this team is listed as Olympiacos B.C. B Development Team in the Greek A2 Basket League, so the men's team not to be credited with such a historical failure, the team will start its 2019-20 Greek A2 Basket League season with -6 points penalty as the result of Olympiacos B.C. men's team relegation due to the club refusing to play in its playoff series against Panathinaikos.
