Ondansetron and Nausea[edit]
Ondansetron seems to help nausea caused by gastritis, which is inflammation of the stomach. I dont see anywhere explicitly saying so. Can anyone possibly add that to the article? I'm still new to Wikipedia to be honest. I've been taking Ondansetron myself for that problem, and it helps. Noam111g (talk) 03:17, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
Ototoxicity claim[edit]
Revision 603253509 added the claim that, anecdotally, IV ondansetron is linked with ototoxicity when administered too quickly. This revision had no source for the claim. A source was later added, but this source makes no mention of ototoxicity in either the archived or present versions. I was also unable to find anything in the scientific literature about ototoxicity; the closest I came to a supporting source was an article on ototoxic drugs that had a list of drugs reported to cause vertigo or dizziness as a side effect, which is not the same as ototoxicity. I opted to remove the claim rather than mark it as needing a citation especially given that the claim itself is presented as anecdotal, but I'm noting the removal here in case someone happens to know of a supporting source.
