Untitled[edit]

It's a big fat bugly version of the International Style. Its bulky, square, and an almost an eyesore. It's actually typical of what that design style became by the late 60's early 70's. For comparison in ugliness see the Ryerson building, built in an oppressive heavy stone around the same time.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with their original building on King Street, they could of put on an addition if space was needed. But the modernism/ post modernism was hitting North America and anything older than 20 years had to go? The original building was only 35 years old when they decided to build this eyesore.
