Dylan Lawsuit[edit]

Why is there no mention of the legal issues raised by Bob Dylan concerning this song? Even the main 'Hootie' article mentions it ("...Hootie and the Blowfish and Bob Dylan reached an out-of-court settlement for the group's unauthorized use of Dylan's lyrics in their song "Only Wanna Be With You.") -Grammaticus Repairo (talk) 02:39, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dillon Fence?[edit]

Am I the only one who sees that the line about Dylan and "sittin' on a fence" is more of a reference to the band Dillon Fence than the Dylan song "Idiot Wind"? Sure, there are Dylan references elsewhere in the song, but the band used to open for Dillon Fence, and has even covered songs by a member of the group. Also, they're from around the same area as the location of a fence put up by local musicians, from which Dillon Fence takes their name.
