"Laszlo applications can be deployed as traditional Java servlets, which are compiled and returned to the browser dynamically. This method requires that the web server be running the OpenLaszlo server."

That still usually uses flash on the client though. The Java servlets are used on the server to compile SWF's "on the fly" to run as flash. However, to answer the original question, the new version of OpenLaszlo allows DHTML to be used in place of flash. KenFehling (talk) 02:24, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

At the top of the talk page of most every JavaScript-related article is a WikiProject JavaScript template where you can record the quality class and importance of the article. Doing so will help the community track the stage of completion and watch the highest priority articles more closely.
