Spanish wholesale power market data[edit]

The following Spanish initiative could be a possible addition in due course. Best wishes. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 10:58, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

POTEnCIA database[edit]

The input database for the European Commission-sponsored POTEnCIA project,[1][2][3] but not the source code, is apparently going to be made public at some stage. If anybody has a reliable secondary source for this information, then the details should be given on the main page. Best wishes. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 10:33, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The project was duly named IDEES and the site was supposed to go live in late 2017.[4] With best wishes. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 14:21, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Update: Still not live as of early-May 2018. With best wishes. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 17:33, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

WRI database slated to launch early-2018[edit]

The World Resources Institute (WRI) global energy database, currently named Power Watch, is slated to launch in early-2018 under a different banner. Google is a sponsor. The project can be added once it goes live. With best wishes. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 08:41, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Update: WRI announced the release of the first dataset on 31 May 2018.[1] The project is now known as Power Explorer. With best wishes. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 17:32, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Subak Data Catalog[edit]

The Subak Data Catalog at data.subak.org might be a useful addition when some secondary sources become available. The catalog is based on the CKAN framework from the Open Knowledge Foundation. The underlying organization spans mostly Australia and the United Kingdom. The datasets that are databased do not necessarily class as open. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 06:54, 16 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
