I think the section that mentions targeting of "non-Caucasians" needs to be cleaned up. "People of color" were not "targeted", they were the one who lived there, harbored or encouraged drug dealers, and protected the Rolling 30's gang. Live the thug life and you get raided or arrested. The Dalton cops have been criticized for comparing 1980s South Central to contemporary Beirut, but Monster Kody from Eight Tray Gangster Crips compared South Central to 1960s Vietnam. 47.137.182.8 (talk) 15:33, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
