disappearing london polls

I added some London polls yesterday, now they seem to have vanished. Should I not have added them?86.2.12.245 (talk) 14:00, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

A bot was suspicious of the links used and reverted you as you are editing without logging in to an account. This was the bot's mistake; you should absolutely have added them! I'll re-add them. Bondegezou (talk) 15:22, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
Done, I think, but feel free to check it's right now. Bondegezou (talk) 15:24, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
Thanks. 86.2.12.245 (talk) 16:08, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

Graph needs updating

The graphical summary really needs updating now, as it is over a month old. And as we're getting closer to the election it really needs updating more often, like every week instead of once a month. I'm not sure who does it, but it is worth bearing in mind. G-13114 (talk) 16:22, 7 March 2015 (UTC)

I'd consider removing it if it's not updated, as it's so out of date it's now becoming misleading. --Dweller (talk) 21:44, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
The graph's been updated now. But it is worth exploring alternatives that can be more easily updated.

Alternative Graphs

Electoral Calculus produce a poll graph too. You could enquire with them about the method of its production, and whether or not they'd consider sharing it with Wikipedia.86.2.12.245 (talk) 14:29, 9 March 2015 (UTC)

One of the posters on PolticalBetting.com (RobD) produces a poll graph using Google Sheets. You could consider that as an alternative. 86.2.12.245 (talk) 15:20, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
I've added a link to MAY2015. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a news service, and can't be expected to be updated daily (even if the polls themselves usually are). This would seem to be an easy way to give readers a link to up-to-date data. Saxmund (talk) 19:55, 14 March 2015 (UTC)

Sortable table?

It would be interesting to see the table sorted by polling organisation and then by date to see the trends within each pollster - can this be done easily?Wikipete 07:54, 22 March 2015 (UTC)

Several weeks back, I made all columns in the 2015 Table sortable. best, Sunil060902 (talk) 11:40, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
I support making the polling organisation and date sortable, but not the percentages for each party. It knocks the dates onto two lines - making the rows uneven in size - and I can't see what purpose it serves, as different pollsters have different baselines for each party (you're already able to sort by pollster). Also, for me at least, it doesn't change the order of anything (when trying to sort the party percentages) - so it just makes the presentation look terrible. Clyde1998 (talk · contribs)
