I think this is wrong:

Orquesta típica (or tango orchestra) is an orchestra or chamber group that traditionally plays Argentine tango music. An orquesta típica typically include...

You are right, and the article is wrong to imply that the Argentine usage is general. Different countries have their own usage. In Cuba (& I think, also in Mexico) a típico refers to a band with mostly wind instruments. See Early Cuban bands. Also the category 'Orchestra' is for classical music ensembles only; tango bands do not qualify. I will make some changes when I have a moment.
