It seems to be a piece of soviet propaganda invented in 1939 to get some pseudohistorical justification for the annexation of the Bialystok region under the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. It can't be Soviet propaganda. Dead Men Attack happened before USSR was formed, and Soviet was actually trying to hide this information. 91.76.135.149 (talk) 19:54, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It can still be Soviet propaganda. The alleged event took place before the USSR was formed, but the story about the event might not have existed until well after.Tsuka (talk) 10:35, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
