1st Female Recipient[edit]

"The first woman to win this award was Linda Vollink." This was {{fact}} tagged back in May 2007. I looked through the list of recipients and wasn't able to determine the first female, based on names alone. There was a "Mary Ellen Loy" back in 1971.
