I do not think this is subjective. As someone who has lived in Over for 10 years I do not feel there is a strong sense of "community". Maybe if you were born in Over you might appreciate the sense of "community". This article reads although it were written by an estate agent.
I've attempted in an edit to improve the tone and readability of the article while retaining facts from the original. However, it's desperately in need of citations, and some of the facts sound a bit odd to me - it probably needs checking by someone who knows more about the local history! --Electricindigo (talk) 22:32, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
