Will including third-party sources do the work of avoiding an "overly promotional tone"? Or is the problem that the entry describes in too much detail the programs and resources of the organization?

Both. The article is a bit too detailed on the programs and such, thus coming across like a sales sheet or press release. Third-party refs from reliable sources are a big help. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 21:05, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
