Death Valley Operations[edit]

According to the Harmony Borax Works article operation of this mine ceased around 1907 with the development of the Lila C. Mine. As the Tonopa & Tidewater started operation by end of 1907 and the Death Valley Railroad was completed in 1915 the respective statements in the article are wrong and should be removed if the closure of Harmony Borax works is correct. -- ~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bahnwärter (talkcontribs) 14:28, 11 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There were more borax mines than Harmony Borax Works, e.g., the Lila C mine. The Death Valley Railroad serviced the newer mines. So, the material is likely correct (see, e.g., Ryan, California) —hike395 (talk) 11:49, 22 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I know the mines around Ryan but the paragraph reads as if the Harmony Borax was shipped via Ryan and DVRR/T&T and that is misleading. I would suggest that we add the names of the mines and the opening/closure data to make clear what routes and means of transports were used. -- Bahnwärter (talk) 20:34, 22 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Accidental erasure in History[edit]

Can someone please fix the History section? I accidentally deleted a small part of it.2600:1700:7E31:5710:6544:FE78:35E2:3B0E (talk) 06:52, 11 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
