Has he left The Dubliners?[edit]

The article on The Dubliners says that Paddy left in 2005. If someone can confirm, can they note this in the article? (or if it's incorrect, could they fix it in the article on The Dubliners) Gronky 20:04, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yes he has left and replaced by Patsy Watchorn

mixing up with people[edit]

The article says he "mix[es] up his songs with mythical/legendary characters such as..." - what does that mean? He confuses songs with people? Or does he work those characters into his songs? I guess the latter, but I don't know his music, so I don't want to change a sentence based on a guess. Help sought. Gronky 22:07, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Place of birth[edit]

This article states Dublin as his birthplace, but this article states "Paddy was born and raised in Rathcoole, County Dublin" ? --Maarten1963 (talk) 15:45, 12 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And on this page of what looks a semi-official Dubliners' site it states "Paddy Reilly comes from Rathcoole, Co Dublin." So I think we can assume he is indeed from there. I will change it in the article. --Maarten1963 (talk) 16:02, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
