Ukrainian road M15 through Palanca[edit]
Could the author please improve the article? As can be seen on a map, ukrainian road M15 is interrupted for ca 5 km of moldovan territory around Palanca. I understand he has tried to explain the situation in his chapter 'border dispute', but I don't find the explanation understandable.
