Overall this is a concise, complete, clearly written, and interesting article. I appreciate that it gives a complete overview of the dish as well some historical background and a look into the possible origins of Papadzules. This brings it beyond a entry about preparation and gives the subject more encyclopedic relevance. I also liked that there are significant links to other relevant Wiki articles, especially when considering terminology that I did not already know.

A couple points, while the article is well referenced, I would have appreciated more external links. The final sentence of the second paragraph: "The modern pim can range in thickness from the height of three tortillas up to approximately half an inch.[8]" I wasn't sure what this had to do with the rest of the paragraph. What is pim?

Peer Review 2[edit]

I thought that the article was well written and valid. I liked the breakdown of the page and how it explained how to prepare the dish in the final section. The site included specific references and it was linked to other pages that were relevant to this topic. I was confused by the first reference, Kennedy, but I later realized that she was linked to the history of the dish through her book.
