Out of date[edit]

This is a notice to remind others and myself that this article is out of date and will require an overhaul. According Picornaviridae.com, which is in agreement with the most recent (2018) ICTV Master Species List, Parechovirus C (from rodents) and Parechovirus D (from ferrets) are now recognised. Two additional viruses are listed on Picornaviridae.com which are not yet recognised by the ICTV: 'Ljungan/Sebokele-like parechovirus' (from falcons) and 'Manhatten parechovirus' (from rats).
