The Chef who received the Michelin Star in The Park Hotel Kenmare Ireland in 1994 is Brian Cleere. I worked as Head Chef from January 1992 - March 1995. Bruno Schmidt, my Sous Chef, took over as Head Chef and retained the star until he left in 1999. I should also be listed as one of the Chefs in Ireland to receive a Michelin Star.
