I am still working on this guys. Maybe I should move this to the sandbox?

I would reccomend taking the blank sections to your userspace, yes, it would make the article look a little more professional that way. I've taken some basic steps to improve the basic verifiability of the article. Let me know on my talk page if you need any help. This seems like an unnecessary AFD, but without it I wouldn't have been able to add cites. i kan reed (talk) 15:57, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm proposing to merge partners for democratic change international here. My reasoning is twofold, I don't see anything that actually distinguishes that organization from this one. This article is well referenced, and some parts of international make sense for keeping, though a lot is fluff. i kan reed (talk) 20:15, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is a pretty distinct difference. PDC established the other Centers as independent entities, and now the Centers and PDC are all part of an association which is PDCI. PDC is US-based and PDCI is based in Brussels. Pranksterking80 (talk) 22:24, 14 January 2013 (UTC)Pranksterking[reply]
