Merger proposal[edit]

Proposal to merge Paruchuri Gopala Krishna into Paruchuri brothers. The brothers always work/credited together as writers, so most of the content can be covered here. Acting credits can be mentioned separately. The merged article would be around 50KB. If the size feels unwieldy, there's an option of splitting filmography into a separate article. I don't think so because even though they are brothers, if we want to know about them separately. Thus, we must not merge it. Mohammad Liyaqat (talk) 08:59, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"know about them separately" is not a valid reason. I'd also say Gopala Krishna is not individually notable because all his works and awards are shared with his brother. See Coen brothers, Russo brothers or anyone in Category:Sibling filmmakers for that matter, almost none of them have individual articles. -- Ab207 (talk) 06:11, 15 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As Paruchuri Gopala Krishna & Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao are brothers, we must talk about their early life, filmography, and their career. As Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao is also an actor, we must also include his acting filmography. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 150.242.172.78 (talk) 09:48, 28 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Closing, with uncontested arguments about independent notability and stale discussion; no support for the proposal. Klbrain (talk) 04:29, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
