Pastoral team[edit]

There could maybe be a stub on the concept of pastoral team, which is the name given to the administrative organization within progressives parishes, who often lack properly-trained clergy and have to rely on groups of laypeople to take care of the parish. The modern-day use of pastoral teams has sometimes been controversial because it has led to allegations that laywomen are predominant among the organization team and that they are trying to take over parishes from parish priests.
