There's a quasi-remake due out later this year. See Empire Online and AICN.--Valin Kenobi

Um no.[edit]

Pathfinder (2007) and The Pathfinder (1987) have nothing to do with each other. Someone should fix this. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.169.153.146 (talk)

I agree that comparing the 2 is insulting to Olefas, but it does appear to have, maybe "inspired" the 2007 film? Very unfortunate. Regarding fixing it, see below. --Quiddity 03:22, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Title change?[edit]

According to IMBD, the film's alternate (English) title is Pathfinder, no 'The'. I propose these films' articles be renamed to Pathfinder (1987 film) and Pathfinder (2007 film) respectively. --Quiddity 03:22, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The 2 ethnic groups[edit]

I really liked this movie the two or maybe three times I saw it in the 1990s.
But I remember the English version being very murky about who the ethnic groups are, so it is basically good guys vs. bad guys.
So, does the English-subtitled version name the 2 groups?
What language are the bad guys speaking?
