There is a note from the Mexican Daily "El universal", (In Spanish)where Patricio Patron Laviada and his brother Alejandro Patron Laviada are linked to drug trafficking. In the note, talk about an inform from the Pentagon an DEA : "Caballero Andante", where, Alejandro has identified with the alias "La Vaca", ("The Cow").
