6th or 7th Lord Gray?[edit]

There seems to be some discrepancy about whether Patrick, Master of Gray became the 6th Lord Gray or the 7th Lord Gray. On Wikipedia, both here and on the Lord Gray page, we have him as the 6th Lord Gray. This site linked in the references for this page agrees with this. But this site, also linked in the references for this page, says that he was the son of the 6th Lord Gray, and this book available on Google Books also calls him the 7th Lord Gray. I don't know how this discrepancy would best be resolved. Steorra (talk) 18:27, 7 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Expert needed[edit]

I am concerned that this article may have been unduly influenced by Nigel Tranter's Master of Gray trilogy, which I suspect seriously exagerrates his role in Scotland at the time. PatGallacher (talk) 14:16, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
