Who 'hailed' Patti Boulaye thus? This statement is inaccurate. She became known in the seventies and eighties, but was never 'a leading black British entertainer'. I think a citation is needed here. Centrepull (talk) 10:16, 21 November 2009 (UTC) Time for an update. Peacockery[edit]

I've edited this article heavily, as the tone was excessively promotional. I've also re-added information deleted three years ago in this edit, which was relevant, significant and appropriately referenced. The whole article is still poorly-sourced, but it's better than it was.
