GA review (see here for what the criteria are, and here for what they are not)

Good job with this article on improving it. I think if you make the changes below, it will pass no problem.

  1. It is reasonably well written.
a (prose, spelling, and grammar): b (MoS for lead, layout, word choice, fiction, and lists):
  • I edited grammar for you. I find it helpful when someone else does it for me so I did the same for you.
  • The infobox does not need any references except for the "genres" section. I was told this by 2 other editors who have reviewed my articles (I removed it for you).
  • The lead requires more about Loveless's legacy. Multiple journalists have named her among country's most respected artists. I think this could be added to the first or second sentence in the lead. There is a way to make this language not sound fan heavy. This could be referenced in a legacy section (see below).
  1. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (reference section): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR): d (copyvio and plagiarism):
  2. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
  • Not every section needs to be split by albums. This makes more sense for artists like Meghan Trainor who have less than ten albums. Loveless has a lot. I think you should synthesize these sections more. I modeled the first one for you (1986-87 section). Consider merging Honky Tonk Angel with Up Against My Heart (both could be combined). Albums on Epic between 1993 and 1996 could also be combined. Also consider re-titling these sections so that they align better with Loveless's career path (example: "Career re-launch at Epic" could replaced all the album titles as headings)
  • This artist requires a "legacy" section. Multiple artists have been influenced by Loveless's work. Many journalists and artists have cited her as one of the genre's most respected artists. This would be beneficial to include.
  1. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  2. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  3. It is illustrated by images and other media, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free content have non-free use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  • There are more images of Patty Loveless on Wiki commons that need to be taken advantage of. I added one that is from the 1990s. But there is more. The one you had in the infobox is too big. I would put that somewhere else.
  1. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
