Page needs an overhaul[edit]
I have tried to improve this page based on the original information but I think it requires a complete overhaul. StevenAFC (talk) 15:55, 22 June 2011 (UTC)
pay in the event of gross misconduct, the article seems to be wrong[edit]
The article currently says "Even employees dismissed for gross misconduct is entitled to be paid their notice period" but ACAS says "In a dismissal for gross misconduct, PILON is not normally paid" www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=4540 I propose changing the article and adding this reference. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.225.80.105 (talk) 16:40, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
