The outline is a little rough. Remember, since you're writing an article on a huge country, you will want to pass some of your subsections off to other wikipedia articles. This is a good start though. The sources are good, especially Paul Freston's short article. (That's pretty much the standard.) But you might need one more to flesh this article out.
