New alliance[edit]

Didn't PARNAS recently form an alliance with the Progress Party and a handful of other liberal groups? How come there's no mention of that here? Charles Essie (talk) 14:09, 6 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I added a section on it. Nikolai Romanov (talk) 16:03, 7 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Split and merge[edit]

Considering the current name of the party, I think a separate article for the Republican Party of Russia should created while People's Freedom Party "For Russia without Lawlessness and Corruption" should be merged into this article. Charles Essie (talk) 19:50, 20 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Strong oppose. Do not merge because the registered party with a long history and a non-registered party have a very different status in Russia. But perhaps we will need three separate articles in the future. --TarzanASG (talk) 17:36, 18 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. They ought to just have their own sections on the main PARNAS article. Nikolai Romanov (talk) 17:42, 7 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Closing merge, given no consensus over almost 2 years. Klbrain (talk) 19:06, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Does the party still have 1 representative in the regional parliaments[edit]

Does the party still have that 1 regional parliament representative that's shown in the summary box? It says on Political parties in Russia that the party has no representatives in the regional parliaments (i.e. they cannot automatically participate in the 2021 Russian legislative election). Caretaker John (talk) 17:33, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dissolved?[edit]

Has the party actually dissolved itself or was it just deregistered because they're not the same thing. Charles Essie (talk) 02:03, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
