Is this encyclopedic?[edit]

This reads like a reference manual, not an encyclopedia. To quote WP:NOT:

Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information
...
4. Instruction manuals. While Wikipedia has descriptions of people, places, and things, Wikipedia articles should not include instructions or advice (legal, medical, or otherwise), suggestions, or contain "how-to"s. This includes tutorials, walk-throughs, instruction manuals, video game guides, and recipes.
6. Textbooks and annotated texts. Wikipedia is an encyclopedic reference, not a textbook. The purpose of Wikipedia is to present facts, not to teach a subject matter. It is not appropriate to create or edit articles which read as textbooks, with leading questions and step-by-step problem solutions as examples. These belong on our sister project, Wikibooks.

I wonder if this might be better suited to Wikibooks? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Harmil (talkcontribs) 23:14, 5 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]
